On the way to the agora I stop at the Basilica. Often I have wanted to peek in. Now all is quiet. No one seems to be here. I see some candles, take one, and light it. It seems like a good idea. Many times I have passed by and heard singing. The sanctuary seems like a peaceful retreat. This is one of the few place on the island that I had yet to visit. It was full of beautiful mosiacs.

I look around and the proceed on my way.
