I climbed over the rocky terrian back to my home. It's a nicely fashioned cave near the coast. The shade of surrounding trees feels good on my skin. The enterance was fashioned nicely into the shape of a doorway into a home I once owned. I walk in and the light pours through windows I placed in the side of the cave. I light some tourches and candles and settle down in my bed and read some scrolls. I go to my hidden stash of blood and drink a small bottles' worth, seeing how I didn't feed last night. My cat comes into the cave and leaps onto my lap. I pet him and he purs a bit before hopping off and falling asleep on my bed. Not felling like going into the city, I descide to catch some food for just in case I had some mortal visitors. I go down to the beach and catch a bunch of fish.
Then I went hunting and brought down a deer. My cat, Bast, had a pool in the cave to feed out of. There was a spring that drained into a pool that went through a narrow passage way outside. It always had fish in it. She also could drink out of the pool. My water came from another pool, but it was from the same spring. I looked at my sword, which was a gift from a great mage. I looked at my white and gold robe and smiled. I use to be a mage, then I became a vampire. Though I have all my powers, I just don't use them that much anymore. Only to help conceal the cave from unwanted eyes. I laid down and took a nap, content with my life.
