    Maryport Epona
This image of Epona, carved from the local red sandstone, is from a pillar base found at the fort of Maryport, on the Cumbrian coast just south of the western end of Hadrians Wall. It was probably produced in the period 160 to 180, while Cohors I Baetasiorum was stationed there.
