    Make me patient, Lord above
    I love Thee but simply cannot wait
    Fate is cruel and stills the silent clock
    Rock was my resolve early in the hour
    Power is no longer mine to hold
    Bold was I to take on this great task
    Ask me not now why I did it- why?
    I fear this torture never will be done
    One more minute is too much to wait for cake.
