Yes, of course, you're right. But then I realize that I am more interested in some escape here than in relevance reading. I have the reality everywhere that I turn. I read history and current events for relevance. I have really enjoyed the books as a kind of a mental vacation. And precisely becuse Rowling has done here work so well, that kind of escapism in the first three books, is most likely a thing of the past. I will persevere with it. My problem is a product of my own tendency to segment the way that I approach my reading habits.
