    a personal missive from the Lion to his cousin had just been recieved and was being acted upon. To one of the commanding officer's I entrusted the job of seeing that a heavy overhead protection was immediately assembled for the wall archers and that the be fitted with composite bows.It was now time to take a tole of Burnaburiash's men. In mere minutes a lieutenant came to assure me that a secure overhead protection had been installed and fitted and that the men had begun attacking from the wall. I was later told that a good bit of Burnaburiash's men at the front had been killed, not just by the arrows but by the poision that they had been dipped in; which had been a 'present' to my cousin from another cousin, the Priestess of Ereshkigal. "Your grace, the traitor's men are dropping like frail ibex's and it would seem their weaponry, while great, wasn't even assembled all the way." I nodded still worried a bit. I had recieved word from the king that my cousin Ishme along with the Scythian prince and Scilurus had advanced and utterly destroyed two large supply lines bearing goods for Burnaburiash and his men and had now found what appeared to be the main camp. They were now on their way to overtake the encampment. 'May the god's be praised from here unto eternity.' I said. But I knew that one couldn't dwell on just one victory...
