There are three types of satire, Rona, under the dallbach or "innuendo" category: firmly established, lightly established, and unestablished. The differences among these sub-levels of satire seem to be open to the interpretation of the reader/listener, but the main idea is that the object of the satire remains unnamed. I would say your Dallbach fits in the first category - firmly established - since among other things you describe the residence of the person which is one of the ways the ancient bards would hint at the object's identity.
Dallbach literally means "blindness" referring to the lack of direct identification of the satire's object.
