    Equi Caelius
Congratulations to the Province of Alexandria Aegyptique, it now has a new Praefectus, Equi Caelius who came from being the Praefectus Annonae in Roma. His chain-of-command is: Decuriones > Curiales > Nomarchs > Strategoi >Praefectus Alexandriae et Aegypti (Equi Caelius) > Tetrarch of the East (C. Flavius Fabricius Licentius Piso) > Amicus Princepis QuintusCinna Cocceius > Emperor Maximinus the Thrax.

A report on his province must be given to the Tetrarch of the East once a month in writing. He is responsible for filling the empty mayoral positions with the concurrence of the Vicarius. He is also responsible for the collection of all taxes that are due to the Emperors Purse and maintaining order in the province. All military commands will be appointed by the proper military authorities with the concurrence of the Vicarius Orientali. When appointing a city mayor he will first appoint the candidate to the position of Decurones (Councilor) of the respective city. When a Decurio (Councilor) has built an acceptable web site or has written a 1000 word essay for the respective city the Praefectus will appoint them to the rank of Curialis (Mayor).

    By the order of:

    C. Flavius Fabricius Licentius Piso
    Consul of Roma
    Tetrarch of the East

    NEXT: Decurio of Alexandriae.
PREV: Procurator of Bithynia, Tigger Curius Marcianus
