It had me confused for a bit about the letters representing who knows what. At first I thought C=city, L=Large city, I=Intermediate city, S=Small City and T=Town. *Chuckle*
Then I realized those were sources for metal ores: C=Copper, I=Iron, S=Silver, and T=Tin. I didn't know of any tin mines in Phoenicia, but then I realized that 'source' wouldn't necessarily mean mines. The Phoenicians traded all the tin from Spain and Cornwall around their known world. I'm still confused about the 'L's though. Perhaps linen or lumber.
