Welcome, sit down, relax.   Livilla, if you are Justina's cousin, I can guess there will be lots of new intrigue over in her "Lady of Rome" story, indeed.   Please give her my fond regards.

Vash Marley, what an interesting name, I'd love to know something about how you first adopted it. *Smile* If you're a veteran RPer, then you have an advantage.   We're currently working on the scenario title that begins with the words, "STORYLINE - 62 BCE . . . ." If you look inside that board, you will see that the story is comprised of multiple topic threads, one for each physical location in the story, at least the ones our members have added so far.

There's a thread for Caesar's Campaign Road and one for a Celtic Conclave taking place at one of the strongholds located in Brigantia (Northeastern Spain); a related intrigue in the life of Justina Cassius, a young Roman woman, whose plans could take her to cross paths with the troups in Spain, but how or when we cannot say (though Justina surely knows); and the fourth thread belongs to our Roman merchant extraordinaire, Marcus Lucius Caelius, whose mysterious business dealings have kept us guessing, so far. There is one more thread in that scenario, which is "An Inn" and this one is still under development with another member.   She plans to bring it on board in September.

There you have it for Scenario I.   If you are interested in joining in at the Celtic Conclave, in creating a new Celtic stronghold of your own, or in working with or causing mayhem for the Romans, you have only to select a role for yourself and we can arrange for your entrance into the plot of your choice.   If you need more information on how to join into a particular thread, contact the thread owner by posting on his or her personal message board. Do that by clicking one of their names at the top of any of their posts.

P.S. Since you are new to the community, you might review the AncientWorlds Code of Conduct if you haven't already read it.   The general RP policies outlined there are identical to ours.   Also, AncientWorlds has a community newspaper called Acta Diurna.   Reading the past issues will give you a sense of our community culture.

One more thing: if you look at the top of any AW browser window, between the window content and the main city navigation, you will see a thin yellow navigation strip.   Near the right-hand side of the yellow strip, there's a link entitled, "Board Msgs."   Click that link from anywhere within AW to see a daily link log of all the board messages posted by all members of the site.   That feature makes it easy to track follow-ups to your own posts and to find out what's going on each day.
