Old Kingdom hieroglyphs were found there, in a chasm. They tell the story of an ancient shipwreck. The death of a royal named Djeseb is mentioned, and Ra Jedef is named king. Ra Jedef was one Khufu's sons. That would be the same Khufu who built the Great Pyramid. Ancient Egypt Link With Australia
