Com panel link not working

The link to the latest issue of ACTA in the com panel doesn't work, no matter what browser I use. It only flashes a brief peek at the front page in the com panel window before the regular com panel comes back on. Is anyone else having that problem? The link in the previous post here, happily, does work! Thanks. :)
