    the suggestions from everyone.

It's become a habit where I add the extra bit of coding where it opens up a new window when you click on a link. I'll review that part.

As for the Meso links, I forgot to update them to the new ones. Sorry about that. I've fixed that now.

I also plan on revamping the Acta's entrance table plus this thread header so both are the same. Just didn't have time to do it before this edition.

Images -- I kept these to a minimum coz of loading time and to get the feel of a newspaper. I also did try and make a bar to seperate the different sections but it didn't go with the new format all that well. I was trying to do a generic one for all worlds rather than making one for each world. I'll keep trying tho. *G*

This edition was a little 'sterile' but we'll keep adding to it and it will keep evolving. :D

I would like to say a special thanks to Apil for filling in for Xena this month for Meso. With all that is going on in RL for him, he did an exceptional job.

Also kudoes for Jia Li too. She helped me get through implementing all the new changes and was a great help with proof reading/error spotting in each world. The support that I got was fantastic!

    Until the next Acta....
