which is one of my favourite types of cheese. But there are many varieties, some made from goats or sheeps milk and others from cows milk. But the one I love best is Danish feta for its creaminess. Some feta's are dry and crumbly and some are too salty, but the Danish one is well worth a try if you can get some.
