I have to admit, even though I know it was an "inside job" (written by a former Linden Lab employee who is still in tight with the company), I found it fascinating.
I didn't realize just how much of a separate culture immersive software such as SL can become. I used so many of those silly little Post-It tabs, the book looks like its turning into confetti.
Now, I've just got to add the interesting tid-bits to my wiki, for future reference...that should take a bit of time.
In the meantime, I'm about half-way through Podcasting for Training and Development.
While it doesn't go as deeply into some of the tech stuff as I'd like it to (or at least, it hasn't yet), I've gleaned some good information to use in instructional podcasting presentations.
