In the cheese comparator, Baine Baoisgne came up as:
A soft cheese from Italy with a plastic texture, Mozzarella is made from buffalo milk. It is commonly known for being the cheese used in pizza toppings.
I think the best thing (or worst, if you're eating in public) about mozzarella is the stretchy stringiness of it. It makes it fun to eat. I didn't know it was made from buffalo milk! There are buffaloes in Italy?!
