I apologize we cannot leave personalized scrolls at this time at your homesite. Our cybergod, Jot is working on issues in our image galleries which apparently takes down our personal scroll system. Feel free to gram one of us if you see us online on the comm panel.

    AW Features and Fun things

What are some of the features in AW that makes things fun and different here?

    • The Com Panel
The Com Panel is a pop-up window that is safe to use and important to your navigation and communication at Ancient Worlds. If you have a pop-up blocker enabled on your browser, you will need to allow pop-ups from this site. The Com Panel is one reason to enable it, and grams are another (but we'll talk more about those in a moment). The Com Panel tells you who's online and provides a quick link to the homesites of the people you see listed there. It is divided into categories for easy reference. Should you need help or have questions, look on the com panel, near the top, for the names listed under the category, "Scribes." They are there specifically to answer your questions and you will have unlimited grams with any of them.
    • Grams
We use a messaging system that we affectionately call "Grams" here at AW. When you look at the Com Panel you will see the word, "gram," beside your name and most of the others on the panel. If you would like to send someone a message, simply click "gram" next to the name of the person you'd like to gram, and a message window will appear. Type your message in the box and press send. It's that easy! Again, if you have a problem, you have an unlimited number of grams with a scribe, and that's what they are there for, so utilize them if you need to. At the top of the com panel, right below your name, there is even an option to turn your grams off -- but don't forget to turn them back on again! *w* If you see GRAMS ON, instead of OFF, this means that the link to turn your GRAMS OFF has been clicked. In order for you to receive messages from your friends (and potential friends!), you must turn them back on by clicking the GRAMS ON link.

Again, Welcome to Celtia! Should you have further questions, please feel free to click on one of the names of the Welcoming Committee or Scribes to leave a message. We will be glad to help where we can!

    Slan! Failte! Welcome!

    Happily yours,
    Bridgette Cormac
