Nimue's question has been hanging around for over a month now! It isn't really too hard if you read it carefully, pay special attention to her hint, which is practically a give-away, and remember that the emphasis is on the seeds, although the plant is also good.
I like to add some, finely chopped, to yogurt, along with chives or garlic, for a delicious veggie dip! Other people enjoy it mixed with lemon and butter on their fish, especially salmon.
