"Lucius Vipsanius!" beamed Gallus as he met his guest, a goblet of perfectly watered wine in each hand. "Welcome to my home. You are the first to arrive, but let us retire to the peristyle garden."
As the two admired the view, Gallus turned to Agrippa and asked, "Lucius Vipsanius, at our first gathering some months ago, you indicated you had some definite ideas for legislation. I'd love to hear them."
