I haven't tasted the yogurt itself, but the Labneh I made from it this week-end was a bit more tart than before.

Seeing as it seems to have made a difference, I broke down and bought a new thermometer.

If someone I know would keep his hands off my toys.... maybe it will work more than a year from now.
