I'm not too far behind the times, am I? ;) I missed this in the theaters and I've been trying to hunt down a rental copy for months. Finally found a copy at Blockbuster under "new releases" ???, made a big bowl of popcorn and sat down to watch it last night. Unfortunately the sound track was overdubbed by a constant narration by Mel Gibson from the director's point of view, bragging on and on about technical aspects of the moviemaking, some background on the actors, and generally spewing spoilers all over the place a few seconds before the action took place. I tried desperately to find another audio option for the dvd but much to my disappointment and dismay, that's all there was! Arrrghhhh. I enjoyed the film anyway but probably would have enjoyed it more if I could have heard the actual sound track.
