DISS*NT*RS GO *OME

Mmm, yes, while I'm not a great latinist, I am pretty good at breaking codes, so let's think that the whole sentence is written together, and the "breaks" would have had letters too, but in a hurry skipped - as happens when you write graffiti ;) - so we get:

DIS/S*NT/*RS /GO *O/ME

and lets fill the empties:

DIS/SUNT/ARSI/GORGO/ME

and there's one wrong letter too, at the end:

DIS/SUNT/ARSI/GORGO/MEI

clean it up and add a comma:

DIS SUNT ARSI, GORGO MI

which gives us, with a poor translation [and grammar ;)]:

RICH ARE FIRED, MY MEDUSA

Clearly this is not plot of republicans, but a communist one, way before it's time! *G*
