Well, not sure of the meat prices...but here's some idears :

"Main course"
-sloppy joes
-cheap roasts for bbq style meat (roasted till it falls off the bone and slathered in sauces)
-sandwich style (bunch of lunchmeats & cheese on hamburger buns)
-cocktail wienies (good for a meal and with beer - for the grown ups *w*)


Sides & Grazing Items
-deviled eggs
-veggie platter
-cheese & crackers
-pickles
-fruit bowl (chopped up)
-chips & salsa


I think we did sandwich style for my graduation, dang that was 8yrs ago now! And relatives brought potluck sorts of salads and other dessert things.
