I am new! I love Ancient and Republic Rome! I don't know much past Augustus. There is so much to learn just from the time of Marius, Sulla and Julius Caesar! I love Gladiator, HBO Rome and Julius Caesar with Jeremy Sisto. I went to Italy with my boys in November. We spent most of our time in Florence visiting relatives, but spent 3 wonderful days in Rome. Not enough, but so much better than nothing.
In August, we moved from Olathe, Kansas to Keller,Texas. No offence, please, to anyone living or from Texas, I just don't like it here. I was hoping to stay the rest of my live and raise my boys there. I had wonderful friends. My second choice would be to live in Italy, Florence of Rome. A dream would be to live in an apartment in the Theater of Marcullus right down from the Forum.(I would live in an outhouse if I could live in Italy)
