Bid thee good tidings, and prayest I with all sincerity forgiveness for thy lack of response, lest thy harborest dark feelings against thee.
I am Sieg, of the lands of Nassau, and though mine accent betrayeth mine birth unto a foreign land, I assureth thee, thine soul be as German as thine name.
For Krieger, mine gallant charger, and I, hath only just now arriveth , though true; mine own heralds preceedeth me unto this great council, eager as I was to find myself in the warm bosom of thy own father's people.
For you see, Krieger and I hath cometh far, to seek the land of mine ancestors. Traveling unceasingly and without rest or good comfort, keeping stout heart and good cheer, with the fervent hope , that thy lands whose names I beareth shall come unto thine own eyes at long last.
And now mine yearning is over, for before me the great dark woods, spread as an endless green carpet before me, while below me the mightiest of waters laps playfully at it's banks as if teasing me for mine own absence.
So you see , it was not with ill-manner that I delayeth mine own greeting, I simply found myself , completely and utterly distracted.
But I am home now. And I bid thee all, the most sincerest of thanks. And shouldest thou seeketh thee, I shall be found at mine father's keep, toiling diligently to restoreth glory and honor unto mine home!
Gruss Gott!
