thinking about it, how would you seperate posts made in residences from posts made anywhere else? AW has a brilliant search engine built in, I know that from Belay's methodical search instructions eons ago. The reason (as i've been made to understand) that Jot doesn't create a seperate DI is the same reason he doesn't just create a seperate segment within our current DI - there is no difference and no way for the site to seperate one post made one place from one made anywhere else except by the methods Alerissa just pointed out, the category seperation of historical, social, rp and. er. i know there was another but i forget lol
lets see. here's this post here:

here's one in a residence:

hm. how does the site know when a post is made within a particular group so it can display "group indexes"? Must be some seperation somewhere, some way the site knows its one thing and not another.
i'm not saying no. i think its a very cool idea! Im just wondering out loud (or out lettered).. is there a way to seperate those posts so they can be listed?
I dunno. Sounds complex. If someone else knows a way to start I'm willing to add my help where I can, but right now I don't know enough to help.
