The Perseus Project is making their code open source and available for download, along with their text files. I don't know how much computer expertise this requires (I haven't got time to play with it at the moment) and they say they can't offer much in the way of support, still this could be extremely valuable. The zipped and uncompiled code is around 55 MB and the content is over 700 MB, so it's going to need a lot of room. More info and the files available here.
