As "I" grammed with "Attila", the cities of Turku and Porvoo won't fit the realm of Kalevala, as they were founded in the around 1300's; I just mentioned them as the first two cities in Finland.

Another system could be to use Finland's tribal areas, eg. Tavastia, Karelia, Ostrobothnia, etc.

But the mythic Kalevala could lend more freedom to roleplay?
