At Men Nefer is the great Temple Complex to Ptah. But he doesn´t live there alone. To one side is the Temple of his spouse Sekhmet, and to the other is the Temple of Nefertem.

The priests at the Temple of Sekhmet are skilled physicians and wellknown for it. That´s why there is a steady stream of visitors to this temple. Some are ailing and come for healing, a few come to seek education in the healing arts. In fact - this is almost like a hospital.
