The Celtic Embassy

The Embassy of Celtia.

As I have been named Ambassador from Celtia to Mesopotamia, I have constructed a palace fitting to my station. I do hope the Great Goddess Istar will pardon me for borrowing some of the design elements from her own personal gate. Howsoever, since the Embassy is located near that same gate, I thought it would be a good idea to maintain a bit of architectural harmony. Please note the subtle changes in the facade; lamb vs. lions!

I have a small staff of clerks and legal experts, which we call "brehon's", to assist me in my work. What is my work, you ask? For now, I would have to say, "A little bit of this and a little bit of that." In truth, I do not know all the duties of my position. I will try to keep the good people of Mesopotamia and of Babylon, up to date on the happenings in Celtic lands. Likewise, I will endeavor to keep the Celts appraised of what is going on in this part of the Ancient Worlds.
