Welcome to the best kebab shack, not just in the Maghreb, but in the whole of Mesopotamia!



You won't find any tough old goat being served here! We use only the best free-range organic animals that have spent their days frolicking happily in the trees at the Awesome Goat Ranch of our neighbour Alal-Sin.



Try our Kuyu kebabı (pit roasted goat kebab), which is a speciality from Tralles I brought back from my own travels, or how about a plate of these tiny kebabs in a spicy Moorish marinade, grilled to perfection over an open charcoal range and served with couscous?
