The throne of Odin, from which he surveys the world with his eye.

When the Allfather Odin sits here he is able to look out across the world and see the deeds of all men and to know all things which he perceives.

In Gylfaginning, it is said the gods made the hall of the throne and thatched it all with silver and it is from here that Odin was able to perceive and find the fleeing Loki after the killing of Baldur.
