Fuel Efficiency is Useless

No matter how fuel efficient your car is, you end up spending the same amount of time in the gas station because they just put a smaller gas tank in the vehicle. If they ever make a car that gets 600 miles to the gallon, the fuel tank will be the size of a microdot. |

Punxsutawney Phil and his stupid posse

The groundhog saw his shadow today, so "they" are predicting six more weeks of winter. How could the groundhog NOT see his shadow with all the cameras and lights? It was overcast, gray and semi-raining this morning, but we are supposed to believe Phil saw his shadow. I don't suppose it matters. I'm not sure anything from Punxsutawney could predict weather.
Really, it ought to be a hedgehog, not a groundhog. Hedgehogs might be able to predict weather, but anybody of any understanding should know groundhogs can't. |
