The Wasi of SkyEyes Sequoyah -- [Entrance ] [LODGE ] [FOREST ] [POLE HOUSE ]
study.gif Untitled Document

I study the plants of the forest and the grasslands and the waters. These I keep in a pole house built in an open space in the forest where the sun shines and the air is dry. I carried the stones for the platform from the river banks and cut the poles and lashed them together with rawhide soaked in water. I grow the storage gourds and trade for the baskets. Here I can prepare the healing potions and poultices needed to keep the Tsalagi well. No one is ever turned away unaided here. It is well known in the territory. This is a place of study and of healing for all.
