Welcome to Res Publica

My Res Publica is for my historical and academic pursuits. Here you will find the books I have written as well as the books I have acquired for my collection from other citizens. Please feel free to browse! Here you will also find a collection of post that I have made to historical and academic boards. My particular historical interests in Ancient Rome are....

Res Publica

As a father I have taught my sons the Roman virtues of honour, common sense and courage. It is important to have courage to solve all kinds of difficult and dangerous problems

I hope my sons will serve Rome as officials. Rome need good leaders, because the city is mighty, and we protect and govern other lands.

As Romans we have sworn to fight and work for the Roman empire. This is my most important mission.

I have told my sons if they serve Rome and the legions just as real Romans do, their sons will also experience a mighty Rome.
