Those stooges must have scaled the wall of the garden. It's the third time this week. I suppose I should be flattered.

Well anyway, this is my Atrium. It is one of my favorite places in the Villa. You can see the gardens beyond the windowThe Garden at Midnight The gardens are famous. For it is said that this is the villa that the divine Julius Caesar lent to Queen Cleopatra when she visited here. Oh if these walls could talk. I am told she loved the gardens and spent many happy hours there. Ah, here comes Pomponia with your wine. It is from Bythinia. One of my favorites. Pomponia! Are you wearing one of my bracelets? Well take it off. Honestly, that girl. My father insisted that I bring her with me when I came to Rome. But she is more trouble than she is worth in her keeping.
