The golden age of chivalry. A time long ago when knights ruled and set a new standard of life. They lived their lives according to loyalty, honor, courage, valor, and pride. At the Age of Chivalry group you will find anything and everything related to the era in which knights ruled the lands.
Be sure to read the excellent entries from the 2007 Paris Renaissance Faire The Masquerade of Monsalvat Castle To help you get started we suggest that you stop by Welcomes and Introductions where you can introduce yourself to the group Under The Chivalric Orders you will of course find all different kinds of knightly orders such as The Knights of the Round Table and The Knights Templar. But many more will be added soon. Under Rules to live by you will find everything relating to the way of life of the knights. Such as which rules they had to live by and what it meant to be a knight. Under the board Medieval Weapons we will discuss everything relating to the weapons that were in use during such times, as well as the armour itself worn by knights Under Religious aspects of Knight life we can discuss how the different orders so often were entwined with religion. And under Medieval Games you will find such topics as jousting, axe throwing and what ever else the medieval knights used to advance in. Of course we will also cover Wars such as the crusades, which were an important part of life of knights. And last, but certainly not least, under the Administrative Board you will find all you need to seek help in the group or simply make your introductions. If you would like to see a new topic come to life you can do so by posting under Suggestions Just make a small post and we will guide your way. And finaly a small word on post edits , creation of new boards and threads and promotions.
