The Ages of Bronze and Iron is an academic group.

Welcome to all who are interested in the study of the Aegean Late Bronze and Early Iron Ages (ca. 1700-700 BCE). This involves all aspects of archaeology such as ceramics, metalwork, tombs and burials customs and so forth.

We deal with Minoan Crete as well as with the Mycenaean mainland.
In addition, we shall attempt to give an answer to one of the most-debated topics in Greek prehistory; the nature of the Trojan War. Fact or fiction?


We aren't serious all the time! We also take joy in participating in the social activities here at AncientWorlds. There is more going on than would fit on a page. But to name just a few:
