I'm looking forward to seeing the contest entries since there are so many talented folks here. Good Luck to everyone, especially the 5,000 sesterii winner. P.S. Don't forget to sign up for the contest.
CONTEST DESCRIPTION AND RULES: Imagine your countryʼs national mint asking you, a member of Ancient Worlds, to design a coin honoring Ancient Rome in some fashion provided you work in either bronze, silver, or gold. Youʼll have to design both the obverse (front) and reverse (back). You can use a round or rectangular format (see official contest thread for details); you may rotate the rectangle so itʼs oriented vertically. There are two categories: Historical and a-Historical; either category can garner a 1st, 2nd, or 3rd prize. Those who didnʼt win OR are Scribes and Demis will receive a Participant plaque. The official contest thread can be found here. 1st Place = 5000 st 2nd Place = 3000 st 3rd Place = 1000 st |
