Llogres was the heart of pre-Roman Britain. Though there were many names given to this portion of The Island of Albion, Llogres was actually popularized during the "Arthurian" period. Various Celtic tribes, clans and families lived in this area, and evidence of their numerous hillforts abounds today. Most of the major cities in modern Britain are covering the remains of their Celtic ancestors.
