This would be an "inclusive" board for people who feel connected with the literati way of life.

In many societies there always have been a group of people who are a sort of outcasts. They are free-spirit minds who enjoy a subversive life of leisure. They don't pretend to be great scholars because their curiosity leads them into odd byways. They may not be the greatest of artists because they generally don't think about building a name in society. The Chinese called them "hogai" ("outside the system"). They love Art, Literature, Crafts and Nature. They love to travel, to exchange letters and poems, to have "pure conversations". If I seem to imply that they are frivolous, that's not the case. They indeed prefer a "light touch", but that doesn't mean they are superficial. Hopefully we will know more about those people, as well as the places and ideas they were passionate about. Perhaps we will find that we share something of their vision.
