Cure for Fairy Stroke
FAIRY STROKE
A fairy stroke is given through touch or through "blasting" which is raising a fairy whirlwind. It has a paralyzing effect, depriving the victim of speech or movement. The spell can be broken by use of certain flowers or herbs, such as foxglove, waterlily, or cow parsnip. Remedy: Foxglove ![]() image 144239 Foxglove is also called Digitalis lantana. Foxglove was used by the Irish as a healing herb for skin discorders, ulcers and boils as well as for treating headaches and paralysis. It is no myth that the fairy stroke is remedied by foxglove because the leaves of this plant contain the glycoside digitoxin, which is nowadays synthetically produced and commonly used to treat heart disorders. Extracts of foxglove are very effective for improving the functions of all muscles, especially the heart and arteries. One of the most important uses of foxglove is for improved blod circulation. It is also a remedy for internal hemmorrhage, epilipsy, and acute mania. (CAUTION: side effects can be dangerous and even deadly if not properly administered.) |
